Q: Do you ship outside the UK?

A: Yes, I now ship worldwide!

Q: Are all your products hand made?

A: All beaded pins have been hand made and are not purchased from any third party except for materials.

Q: What is a Crystal Glass bead?

A: A crystal glass  bead is basically a glass bead with a sharper cut and is better quality.  It has more dimension of colours when held in the light so it looks like crystal but its not.

Q: What is an Acrylic bead?

A: Acrylics are basically plastic beads.  The beads used in these pins have a good shine to them so although they are not like crystal glass they give the illusion that they are.

Q: How do you calculate the cost of each pin?

A: Each pin is calculated based on the material of bead and most importantly the detail put into a pin design.  If one pin design is using acrylic beads but is higher in cost it may be because the design is so intricate and complicated.  All things are considered when pricing a pin!

Q: Do you offer wholesale on your items?

A: At this time I do not offer wholesale on my pins because they are all hand made and created individually over time.  Also note that I do not allow pins to be sold for resale purposes.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: If you wish to return your item you have 7 days after you’ve receive your product.  You must contact us before you send for a return.  Please read our Shipping and Returns policy for more information.

Q: Can I suggest a design or request a custom made pin?

A: You may contact us if you have a design in mind and I will try our best to accommodate you.  Custom designs may incur a higher cost depending on the detail.  Feel free to contact me about it.
