Delivery UK

Shipping and packaging is £3.00 no matter of the weight or amount of products.

Delivery Europe

Shipping and packaging within Europe is £4.00 no matter the weight or amount of products.

Delivery Worldwide

Worldwide delivery will be £4.50 no matter the weight or amount of products.

Your package will be delivered between Monday to Friday within 3 to 4 days of payment being processed except on weekends, bank or other holidays.  For example, if your order is recieved on the weekend it will be processed on the following work day and sent as soon as possible. If I recieve your item on Friday it will be sent the following week.

All packages will be delivered by 1st class mail which will take about 1 to 2 days for delivery within the UK.  Delivery within Europe or worldwide will be sent by standard post and can take up to 5 to 40 days depending on each countries circumstances.  If you require a tracking number for your package then please contact me first as tracking will cost extra for postage!

Returns or Exchanges

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, however you must contact me first in order to return any products. You will only receive a refund for the amount of the products and not the shipping cost.  Return shipping will not be reimbursed as well.

In case if there is a discrepency in the shipment of your item(s) on our part, then you can return the item for a full refund (including shipment fees) or we will send you a replacement.
